An order can be returned:
- If the item(s) is/are not on sale
- If the item(s) has/have not been opened / used (even partially)
- If the item(s) is/are incomplete
Refund
To assert his rights, the customer must notify the Vendor in writing of the non-conformity of the product or the discovery of hidden defects within a maximum period of five days after delivery of the product. Return the defective product with all components (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.) in the condition in which they were received. The Vendor will then reimburse, replace or repair the Products or parts under warranty deemed to be non-conforming or defective.
For products found to be non-conforming or defective, we will proceed with reimbursement as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of the seller's discovery of the non-conforming or hidden defect.
the refund will be made by crediting the customer's bank account or by cheque sent to the customer.
