Shipping policy

Products in stock will be delivered within the working days indicated on the website.

Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in the case of pre-orders of out-of-stock products), delivery will take place within 30 working days of the order being confirmed by Creativella by e-mail. If you do not receive your order within the delivery time indicated, please contact our customer service department within 30 working days of placing the order.

The estimated delivery date for an order is indicated in the order confirmation, at the time of purchase and/or payment, and on the product details page.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, and if delivery is delayed by more than 30 working days and you are not responsible for the delay, you as the customer have the right to cancel the purchase.
