What materials do you use for your stickers?
Our stickers are made from plant-based paper, a premium quality eco-friendly material that respects our environmental commitment.
Are your stickers water-resistant?
No, our plant-based paper stickers are not waterproof. We recommend using them on dry surfaces for better durability.
What size are your stickers?
Dimensions vary depending on the collection and model. Each product page indicates the exact dimensions of the sticker sheet.
What collections do you offer?
We offer 6 collections: New Arrivals, Best Sellers, Nature & Animals, Treats, Holidays & Celebrations, and All Stickers. Each collection reflects our creative world inspired by nature and festive occasions.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to mainland France and throughout Europe.
What are the delivery times?
France: approximately 2 to 3 business days
Europe: Approximately 5 to 6 business days
What are the shipping costs?
France:
- Free delivery on orders over €15
- Less than 20g: €1.18
- 20g and over: €2.39
Europe:
- Free delivery on orders over €25
- Less than 20g: €2.04
- 20g and over: €4.37
How can I track my order?
At the moment this option is not available due to the significant cost it would entail, which I add to the shipping costs.

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product that does not suit you, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
Please note that if the product has been used or damaged, the return cannot be accepted.
How do I return a product?

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at hello@creativella.fr with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt. We will find a solution quickly (replacement or refund).

How do I apply my stickers?
- Clean and dry the surface
- Carefully peel the sticker from its backing sheet
- Apply it by smoothing from the center outwards to avoid air bubbles.
- Press firmly for better adhesion
On what surfaces can I stick my stickers?
Our stickers adhere perfectly to: notebooks, bullet journals, planners, books, phones, laptops, tablets, water bottles, and any smooth, dry surface.
Do you have any ideas for using it for journaling?
Our stickers are perfect for:

Can I remove and reposition the stickers?
Plant-based paper does not allow for optimal repositioning; we recommend carefully choosing the location from the outset to preserve the quality of the adhesive.
